Kids Aerial Hoop Dance and Fitness


Our classes are all about fun and fitness; for all sizes and abilities, male and female, with classes starting from 6 years, you can never be too young to start!

Running as a 6 week course, these fantastic classes include:

  • Warm up
  • Conditioning
  • Hoop Tricks
  • Transitions
  • & Combos

All building to a choreographed routine for each level to conquer over the period of your childs course, and of course we finish each session with a Cool Down and Stretches.  Whilst Aerial hoop does take a lot of upper body strength complete beginners are welcome as you will learn tricks and poses step by step, building your strength up over time and developing your flexibility. For those that are older, this is the perfect class to tone and strengthen your body!
