Aerial Skills Class (for under 14 years)


Our classes are all about fun and fitness; for all abilities, with classes starting from 6 years, you can never be too young to start!

Running as a 6 week course, these fantastic classes include:

  • Warm up
  • Conditioning
  • Aerial Tricks
  • Transitions
  • & Combos

All building to a choreographed routine for each level to conquer over the period of your childs course, and of course we finish each session with a Cool Down and Stretches.  Whilst Aerial Skills do take a lot of upper body strength complete beginners are welcome as you will learn tricks and skills step by step, building your strength up over time and developing your flexibility.

Please note a suitable uniform will apply.
