What do I need to bring?

All our JAMTots Sessions require non-slip socks to be worn by everyone attending, both parent and child, whilst we are happy for you to wear your own, we do have some available to purchase through this site. To purchase please click here:

During the current pandemic all adults are also required to wear a face covering (mask or visor). If you are exempt please bring proof, as without this you will not be allowed into the session without a face covering.

What happens when I sign up?

Here’s how it works:

  • Click on my account
  • Follow the instructions as requested
  • A password will then be emailed to you
  • Using the link in your email along with your email address and this password please login
  • Once logged in you will be in your dashboard, on the left hand side there are options relating to past bookings, managing your account, etc.
  • To book simply click on the button in the top menu bar

How do I access my account if I have forgotten my login details and/or password?

If you have forgotten your email address, you will need to contact us via email to and we can confirm the email address on the account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password on the website via Lost your Password.

How far in advance can I book?

There is no limit on how far in advance you can book, in fact we recommend block bookings to benefit from our loyalty card.

Can I book more than one session on the same day?

Yes, there is no limit.

Do I have to confirm all of my bookings?

You have 30 minutes in which to confirm and pay for your booking, if not paid for the booking will automatically be deleted from your basket.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Whilst we cannot refund you, provided you login and cancel a minimum of 48 hours before your session we will happily provide you with a discount code for your next booking.

What happens if I don’t show up?

There are no refunds for no shows.

What’s changed due to Covid-19?

We now have a specific health and hygiene policy in place for each of our sessions which can be seen here, and explains all the measures we have taken to ensure we are Covid-19 compliant. If for any reason we do need to stop running sessions, we will provide you with a discount code to cover any fees paid which can be used at a later date.
